1 General Provisions

1.1 Parties to the Agreement

These Terms apply between the kx88 casino platform ("Platform", "Site" or "we") and any registered or unregistered user ("you", "user" or "member"). This agreement takes effect as soon as you access any part of the Platform.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Single Account

Each person may open only one account on kx88. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be immediately suspended or closed and any bonuses held in those accounts will be forfeited.

2.2 Accurate Information

The name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details provided at registration must be completely accurate and truthful. Providing incorrect or false information will cause the account verification process to fail and may result in withdrawals being held.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

In the interest of security and user protection, kx88 may at any time request the necessary documents for identity verification. If information is not provided within the required time, the account may be temporarily restricted.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You will bear full responsibility for any use of your account by a third party. If you suspect your password has been leaked or that there has been unauthorised access, notify us immediately via live chat.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

3.1 Proof of Age

During account verification you may be required to prove you are at least 21 years old by providing a national identity card or other acceptable document. Registering on behalf of anyone under 21, or arranging deposits for them, is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Geographical Restrictions

kx88 operates with the aim of serving users in Bangladesh. Users from regions where online gaming or betting is prohibited may not use this platform. It is each user's own responsibility to know the laws of their region.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kx88 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used to place bets on eligible games — certain games or game categories may be excluded.
• Each bonus offer has a set expiry period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after expiry.
• Bonuses cannot be cashed out or transferred to another account.
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is a violation of these Terms.
• If any dishonest use or manipulation of bonuses is detected, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The kx88 VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is applied at a set rate on the net loss for that week. For example, a Gold tier member with a net weekly loss of ৳20,000 would receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Obligation

All users on kx88 must play fairly and honestly. The use of bots, automated software, AI-powered tools or any other technical manipulation is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, that game round will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

6.3 Right to Cancel Bets

kx88 reserves the right to cancel any bet or game result that was placed due to clearly incorrect odds or a technical error. In such cases, the relevant stake amount will be returned to the user's account.

6.4 Sports Betting

In sports betting, live markets may change after a match has started. If a match is abandoned, suspended or postponed indefinitely, bets will be settled according to kx88's own rules.
